Updating your itunes
At the time of the purchase, Kincaid, Jeff Robbin and Dave Heller left Casady & Greene to continue development of the program as Apple employees.
At Apple, the developers simplified Sound Jam's user interface, added the ability to burn CDs, and removed the program's recording feature and skin support.
Apple makes it really easy to submit your feed, but you will need an Apple ID to do so (for more on creating an ID, see the answer above).
Once you have your Apple ID ready, just login to Buzzsprout and click on "i Tunes and Directories." Follow the steps on that page and you'll be all set.
In this instructional video, you’ll learn how to import your music and playlists from i Tunes into Engine Prime.
This video also demonstrates how to prepare your music and media device for use on Denon DJ’s Prime series media players.
[Back to Top] Keep in mind when set to off, your music will not be analyzed until it has been loaded to the deck for the first time.
Once analyzed the performance data is stored and immediately recalled when the track has been loaded a second time.
Apple purchased the program from Casady & Greene in 2000.
In most cases, the default will be correct but if your i Tunes is stored in a different location such as an external hard drive, you’ll want to choose that location here.
Again, once these settings have been established you can skip them next time you open Engine Prime.
However, various players (like Apple Podcasts, Google Play, Spotify etc.) take a bit of time to process the changes on their side, as much as 24 hours.
So, if you've published an episode, you see it in your feed, but it's not yet in i Tunes (or wherever), it's most likely that they just haven't processed the change yet.
